Refund policy

We hope you love your OWN-IT purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@ownitfit.nl.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.

You may inspect and try the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be able to do in a physical store. If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary for this purpose and has decreased in value, you may be responsible for this loss in value.

Please contact us at info@ownitfit.nl before returning your order. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when you exercise your right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@ownitfit.nl so we can assist you. You will not be charged return shipping costs where the product does not conform to your order.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process the applicable refund.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the purchase price as well as the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

If you return only part of an order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will issue the refund within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@ownitfit.nl. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can assess it and provide an appropriate solution.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable consumer law applies, for example to certain products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
