SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible. We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping within the Netherlands
Standard shipping within the Netherlands is €4.95.
Estimated delivery time after your order has been shipped is 2–5 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union. Available shipping destinations and the applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive a Track & Trace link once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ownitfit.nl. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
